App doesn't even open when trying to log in. Useless

Very unimpressed pay wave does not work can't even activate the product...

Sadly the so called function of tapping your phone on your bottle did not work .. tried different positions on the lid and even around the edge but nothing ... anyway sticking to the old fashioned way of ticking it off in my daily journal ... was hoping this was going to move me forward into the brilliant world of technology

Linda jackson

Doesn't work. Just says "read data fail" when trying to link cup

App is garbage. NFC doesn't work. According to Google Play the Frank Green Hydrate app was last updated in March 2017. The NFC implementation is clearly broken and has not been updated. It looks like Frank Green has outsourced this app to be created by a third party and it's not been updated since. Very disappointing when your pay for a premium product but she delivered an app that is a pile of garbage and is not updated or maintained.

Downloaded the app, tapped my bottle and created an account only to find that the app thinks my bottle is 740ml when it actually is 595ml. I can't edit this nor I can modify previus entries. The app is rather gimicky and useless and definitely not a selling point in what it is otherwise a great product. It just doesn't work.

Antonio Fernandez

NFC basically just tells your phone you've drunk one bottle of water each time. Simple solution not too far removed from normal water tracking. The button lid sometimes gets stuck but that's no biggie.

Doesn't work. i tried for a week and tried several fixes. It is linked to my bottle but I have to manually enter everything despite NFC working fine. I used a code to register the bottle and i thought that might be the reason it is not recording any data so I tried to unlink the bottle to reconnect with NFC but it is not an option. What if you buy a new bottle? Or you have 2? Tough luck I guess. Usless and annoying. I will be deleting immediately.

amount drunk and what's recorded on app doesn't realate. The app records around 800ml per couple of gulps.
